Bird notes
- perhaps some Coots hidden behind vegetation in the SW area from my viewpoint, though there did seem to be fewer
- a scatter of Black-headed Gulls arriving
- the Lesser Black-backed Gulls left while I was present

Notes from here
- the Great Crested Grebe was sporting extensive chestnut plumes and therefore seemed to be a different bird from either of those displaying last week
- the Ring-necked Parakeet still noisy – could it be anything else?
